Are you an enthusiastic and experienced cyclist with community work and project development experience?
We are looking for a self-motivated, team-orientated and enthusiastic individual to support the development of ReDiscover Dundee cycling project. By building on the existing success of the project, the Development Worker will scale up its reach and engagement levels, supporting behavioural change across all segments of the community through cycling and contact with local green spaces.
The successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of relevant strategies, engage with and encourage people to increase their cycling activity, and lead guided rides in a friendly, safe and supportive environment.
ReDiscover Dundee is a key activity provider within the Dundee Green Health Partnership and Green Health Prescription programme, run with funding support from eBike Grant Fund Energy Saving Trust and NatureScot. ReDiscover Dundee is part of Dundee Volunteer and Voluntary Action Social Isolation Team.
