This is all individual accommodation apart from one house that is a shared accommodation with two individuals. All individuals have their own tenancy. The service comprises of six houses, all close by to each other and all with garden areas to the front and back. Sleepover facilities are contained within one of the houses; there is also a waking night staff member on shift every night. All of the houses have assistive technology which enables staff to support and monitor individuals in an unobtrusive way in order to maintain a degree of privacy.
